Alsop Station Car Park - Tissington Trail - Tissington Village & Well Dressings - Peveril Of The Peak Hotel Thorpe - Lindale - Stepping Stones Dovedale - Dovedale - Milldale - Shining Tor - Alsop Station Car Park

Although a hazy sunny day this was a pleasant walk through one of the Peak Districts famous dales. The main aim of the walk was to visit the wells at Tissington. This has now become one of my annual events. The scenery in Dovedale was lovely and as I started the walk nice and early there were very few people around. The wells at Tissington were decorated to a high standard once again. More well dressing photos can be found on my website at Tissington Well Dressings.
