A long walk on a dreary day from Tarn Hows. I first
visited Black Fell (or Black Crag as the OS pillar
states) at 322 metres and then walked on to Holme Fell
at 317 metres passing Yew Tree Tarn. While at Holme
Fell I visited Ivy Crag. I returned via Tom Heights
back to Tarn Hows. Tom Gill Waterfalls were a lovely
sight. |
