WALK NOTES
It was a fantastic day - hot, sunny and wall to wall blue sky. The views were great all day. One could see the Isle of Man and Sellafield from the summit of Pillar. During my walk I met up with a couple who were camping in Eskdale this week and quite ironically I was to met up with again on my walk to Scafell Pike tomorrow.
