11 Wainwrights were visited during the day. The views across
to Ullswater were fantastic. Distance 15.45 miles - Ascent

was a short Sunday morning stroll through the lovely Dovedale
valley. The return journey was via Ilam Rock and Bunster
Hill. Distance 4.75 miles - Ascent 333 metres. |

from Ghyll Foot our walk up Steel Fell saw rain, snow
and a glimpse of sun. A great walk across snowy fells
to Calf Crag, Gibson Knott and Helm Crag. Distance 6.35
miles - Ascent 680 metres. |
